At your booking consultation, we require a deposit to hold your date. All further balances will be due 30 days before your event.

Yes. The Fort has a list of preferred vendors that we can share with you. All vendors will need to provide a copy of their certificate of insurance (COI) before stepping foot on property.

The Fort (or your caterer) are the only ones able to provide alcohol or drinks during your party. Outside alcohol, and drinking off property will result in a lost damage deposit.

We understand completely if an event needs to change dates or be cancelled, however, in order to protect the Fort, our refund policy is as follows:
90 days before event- 100% refund
60 days before event- 50% refund
30 days before event- 25% refund
Less than 30 days before event- 0% refund

We accept cash, check, debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, and credit cards.

COI stands for Certificate of Insurance.
All clients who book an event at The Fort will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 that lists The Fort Preservation Society as additionally insured.
These certificates can be obtained online or through a local insurance broker.

For every 50 guests, we require 1 security guard for any event that includes alcohol or will be occurring past sunset.

The Fort is open for events as early as 9:00 AM, and has a hard-out rule of 12:00 AM.
All guests, vendors, and clean-up must be completed by midnight. Sunrise clean-up is available for the next day at an extra charge.
